If you are not satisfied with your purchase of S³ Balance, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery.  We do not accept returns outside of the initial 30 days and our return policy does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by inappropriate use or accidents as stated in our Warranty.

Note that S³ Balance has been successfully implemented in hundreds of locations in the US and Canada because staff followed basic S³ procedures.  If these procedures are ignored, failure becomes more likely.

To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be shipped in the original S³ Balance box and packaging.  A $175.00 restocking fee must be paid before returned and shipping-related costs are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that if your S³ Balance device(s) is/are returned damaged, you will be charged for repair.

If your S³ Balance device is returned damaged, you will be charged for repair.
