Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of S³ Balance, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery. We do not accept returns outside of the initial 30 days and our return policy does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by inappropriate use or accidents as stated in our Warranty.
Note that S³ Balance has been successfully implemented in hundreds of locations in the US and abroad because staff followed S³ procedures as outlined at https://s3balance.com/commercial/. If any or our recommended procedures are not followed, injury and/or lack of results become more likely.
To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be shipped in the original S³ Balance box AND packaging. A $175.00 restocking fee + shipping costs must be paid before returning in order to be eligible for refund.
Please note that if your S³ Balance device is returned damaged, you will be responsible for repair.
