Return Policy: Home

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of S³ Balance, you may request a return within seven (7) days of delivery.  The S³ Balance return policy does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by inappropriate use or accidents as stated in our Warranty. 

To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be shipped in the original S3 Balance box and packaging and the device free from damage.  The $175.00 restocking fee must also be paid.  Please note that shipping-related costs are not eligible for a refund.  

If your S³ Balance device is returned damaged, you will be charged for repair.
